1. Customized Products
All customized products (items made with names, photos, special messages, or custom designs) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Since these products are specially created based on customer requests, we cannot accept returns or refunds once the order is placed.
2. Non-Customized Products
Returns and refunds are only applicable for non-customized items under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective, or
- The wrong product has been delivered.
The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product may be required for verification.
4. Refund Process
Once the return request is verified and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
5. Replacement
In some cases, instead of a refund, a replacement product may be provided if the item was damaged or incorrect.
6. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
- For customized products
- If the customer provided incorrect customization details
- If the product has been used or damaged by the customer
