3. No Refund on Customized Products
All customized products are non-refundable and non-returnable because they are specially created according to customer requirements.
4. Refund Policy for Non-Customized Items
Refunds are only available for non-customized products under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged or defective.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
